What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a bank, carrier or government office has changed its procedure and one of our guides is out of date, tell us which guide and what changed. We update guides within a few days.
- Topic requests. Something you could not find a clear answer to? Tell us the situation (your visa type and the city help a lot) and we will consider writing a guide.
- Translation issues. If a Chinese, Japanese, Thai or Vietnamese version reads awkwardly or differs from the English version, let us know.
- Advertising and partnerships. We only work with services we would recommend to a friend who just arrived in Korea.
We usually reply within 2–3 business days (Korea Standard Time). We cannot give individual legal or immigration advice.
